Core replacement

3 types of core treated:

- aluminium in mechanical assembly
- brazed aluminium
- copper *** right fins or Mac Cord system

Assembly by setting

Minimum guarantee: 1 year --------------------------------------

BRASS

Cooling radiators and exchangers water/oil/air

Sealed or bolted boxes.
A) Old core renovation
- Processing of the water boxes by sand-blasting and tinning.
- linkage core.
- Repairing and soldering of manifolds.

B) Core replacement with performance at least identical to the original.
Particularity of core:
- From 1 to 8 lines of tubes (possibility to couple several cores)
- Right fins or Mac Cord system

Soldered boxes used:
- Tin lead (70/30 or 50/50)
- Brazing by appropriate metal or brass.

Tubular exchanger:

- Renovation by dipping (tin/lead)
- Renovation by replacement of the whole tubes, by new tubes, by rolling.
- Laminate used: From 3 to 12 mm (others diameters on request).
- Composition of tubes rolled: copper or brass.

Test:

- underwater air
- bath temperature 72°
- Pressure : 1 to 30 bars

Guarantee:

- According to the conditions of contract, from 1 to 3 years.

ALUMINIUM

RADIATOR / COOLER / EXCHANGER

Machine completely in aluminium.

Renovation on request according to specific needs:

A) By correction of leaks
B) By replacement of clamp or fixation supports.
C) By core replacement
D) By conception according to the manufacturer type or plan

- Industry Underwater air, at 72°
- Agriculture
- Motocycles Guarantee : 1 year
- Heavy Goods Vehicles
- Automobiles

COOLING BATTERIES
- Renovation
- Conception (according to the manufacturer type or plan)
- Round tube : Copper / stainless-steel (en français INOX) / steel.
- Fins: copper / aluminium / stainless-steel.

Note: Possibility to manufacture a radiator completely in stainless-steel.
