The company was created by Mario CATALDI, on the 18th of October 1976

Located in Marmande (France), on the motorway from Bordeaux-Toulouse (A62).

Company activities:

- Renovation of cooling radiator
- Trade
- Manufacture of specific series
- Repair and manufacture of tanks (steel / alu / stainless-steel)

Important events since the beginning of the company :

- 1985 : installation of a sales force
- 1987 : starting importation
- 1989 : start of sales to the national railway market.
- 1990 : moved to new business premises of 700 m², creation of CATALDI S.A.
- 1991 : Mastering of new techniques, such as :
- welding aluminium (TIG)
- Radiator manufacture in small supplies.
- Rolling of exchanger.
- Mass-production of renovation

- 1994: installation of a quality control system
- 1997: certification by the AFAQ (equivalent to BRITISH STANDARD CERTIFICATE)
- 1999: creation of an office in Bordeaux-Mérignac (France)
- 2000: important investment on the Marmande site :
The company increases to 1000 m², with a warehouse.
Acquisition of *** new national markets, in particular in the branch trade

- 2001: Increase of company capital of 160000 €
- 2003: Increase of company capital of 250000 €
o new investments in business premises and material
o certification ISO 9001/version 2000 (Quality standards certificate)

- 2004: important growth, strong development in industry and trade (plus 22 %)
- 2005: continuation of the growth
development of the national markets
